IMMIGRATION EVALUATIONS

I provide comprehensive immigration evaluations to support individuals and families navigating the legal immigration process. These clinical assessments are prepared with cultural sensitivity, thorough documentation, and a trauma-informed approach.

Types of immigration evaluations provided include:

  • Extreme Hardship Waivers (I-601 / I-601A)
    To demonstrate the emotional or psychological impact on a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident if their loved one is deported or denied entry.

  • Asylum Cases
    For individuals fleeing persecution in their home country, documenting psychological effects of trauma and fear of return.

  • VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) Petitions
    For individuals (regardless of gender) who have experienced abuse by a U.S. citizen or permanent resident spouse or family member.

  • U Visa Petitions
    For victims of certain crimes who have cooperated with law enforcement and suffered substantial mental or physical abuse.

  • T Visa Petitions
    For survivors of human trafficking, documenting the impact of trafficking and potential benefits of remaining in the U.S.
